Interior Trends I’m Loving

I recently had the chance to chat with Parade Magazine about the interior trends I’m loving right now — the ones I think will stay timeless far beyond the season. So many of these ideas feel like a natural extension of how I love to live: warm, layered, and a little imperfect in the best way.

Here’s what’s inspiring me lately:

1. Timeless Palettes of Refined Warmth

I’ve always loved a palette that feels calm but still full of life. Buttercream whites, linen tones, and soft neutrals are taking the place of cooler grays, bringing a sense of warmth and refinement to every room. It’s about creating spaces that feel soft and lived in, not sterile or staged.

2. Curves with Character

I’m drawn to spaces with softened lines — arched doorways, curved sofas, scalloped tables. These gentler silhouettes add a sense of movement and approachability while still feeling elegant. There’s something about a curved edge that instantly makes a space more inviting.

3. Honest Materials & Textured Layers

The most luxurious homes right now don’t feel “perfect.” They feel personal. I love finishes that age gracefully — lime-washed plaster, unlacquered metals, handwoven textiles — all materials that tell a story over time. It’s about embracing the beauty in craftsmanship and imperfection.

4. Curating Spaces Over Time

I love when a home feels collected, not decorated. Mixing heirlooms with new custom pieces gives a space soul. I’ve been so happy to see antiques finding their way back into even the most modern builds — it’s that blend of old and new that gives a room depth and warmth.

5. Wellness Through Design

Our homes have become the backdrop to our everyday routines, so it’s no surprise that well-being is shaping the way we design. I’m seeing (and loving) more focus on natural light, thoughtful airflow, real materials, and quiet comfort — creating spaces that support how we truly live and feel.
