There is something so classic and luxurious about winter white. The warm undertones give off a sense of elegance and are best played up with texture! I love chunky winter white sweaters with white jeans in January. Mix in gold accessories and pair with a camel colored scarf or coat for a classic look.
In my home I love to layer in cozy plush winter white blankets, candles, and white flowers to evoke a sense of coziness after the Christmas decor has been taken down. Winter white is best paired with other neutral colors and textures like this beautiful rattan wrapped vase.

Lighting can transform a room. I recently added a new lamp to our large under lighted living room and I cannot believe the impact it made on the space. Not only does the room feel brighter but it feels cozier. Quality lighting can be expensive but it is worth the investment. There are also many lower end choices that produce the same result in a space.

Happy Thursday! With the year we have had it will as no surprise that most of us will be celebrating Valentine’s Day from home so why not stock up the bar cart!. I find bar carts to be super versatile. I have used them as end tables, night stands, as a bathroom console table next to the soaking tub, and more. But what I really love is stocking them up with my favorite bar cart essentials so we are always ready for get togethers or just cocktails at home!
Some of my favorite items to put on my bar cart include:

A pitcher for water or juice!

Last but not least turn on a good playlist, ice down the wine, and enjoy!
