I am beyond excited to share The Cove Hollow Collection, a collaboration between NAVYBLEU and Margaret of York. This timeless collection was inspired by slow days by the coast in dreamy shades of blue and white. It is perfect for casual elegance after a long day at the beach. We shot the collection with photographer Guillaume Le Chat in and around Cove Hollow House in Watercolor, Florida, which inspired the pieces. Danika Herrick was the textile designer and we selected the patterned prints from her collection of beautiful prints.

When we travel as a family, we’ve discovered that vacation rentals are a game changer. There’s something special about having a home away from home—plenty of room to spread out and unique touches like cozy fireplaces and even golf carts for easy beach access. One of my favorite things is waking up to the smell of coffee brewing in a full kitchen, perfect for those lazy mornings when we want to linger over breakfast or have a casual dinner in.

Earlier this month, I was invited on a trip to one of my favorite cities, Charleston, South Carolina, for a work trip. I deeply love the South and went to Charleston many times as a child with my parents. My father was from the Carolinas, so they have always had a special place in my heart! With a full bonnet and smocked gown, my mom and I would visit and enjoy this beautiful city.

I love to travel but with a large family, it can be stressful just to get there. Over the years, I’ve learned that keeping everything organized is key to successful travel days. Whether we’re driving to Michigan or flying to Florida, these travel essentials are the items I reach for when packing. One of the first things I do is to make a packing list for each family member: how many outfits we’ll each need, what type of footwear, if we’ll need toiletries, etc.

We are getting ready for our favorite annual trip of the year to our happy place!  We love spending time in warmer temperatures during the cold Midwest winter months. Every winter we visit 30A in Florida. Several years ago my husband and I decided we wanted to find a new vacation spot for our family. I had spent some time researching online and came across a blog post on Seaside, Florida and the surrounding areas. On a whim, we booked a townhouse on the beach in a neighboring town and arrived there two weeks later. We fell in love instantly. We have been vacationing here for the last 10 years now and love how family friendly the area is for our crew!

I recently got home from the most amazing girls trip to Palm Beach! I went with friends Kate Hammer and Kristy Cadwallader to the luxurious Eau Palm Resort and Spa for a week getaway at the beach! It was the perfect resort to kick back and relax poolside or on the beach.  The hotel amenities were incredible and the views were perfection. We had the best time lounging by the pool, walking the beach, and indulging in champagne and fresh seafood.
